About Me

Founded Assure Home Healthcare, Inc. in October of 2003 with the vision of becoming the premier home health agency in the Chicago land area. Under his leadership, he implemented various innovative home healthcare programs, like telemedicine, Transitional Care, Medication Reconciliation to assure quality care and prevent readmissions. He initiated the Case Management model to focus on patient-centered care. All these programs with the dedication and compassion of Assure’s employees yielded seven consecutive awards as home care elite in the entire United States.

Brandon ensures quality standards by keeping the “Deemed Status” of the Joint Commission accreditation. Before founding Assure Home Healthcare, Mr. Mahinay was a Regional Manager of Novartis and then Expense Manager of Allstate Insurance in Northbrook. He currently sits on the board of directors of Lake County Council for Seniors, Assure Home Assist, nonskilled caregiving services.

As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, Jessica's role naturally broadened to encompass billing management, underscoring her adaptive skill set. She has carved out a pivotal role within our leadership matrix by marrying administrative functions with financial acumen.

Jessica's commitment to operational excellence remains steadfast. Recognized as a multitasking maestro and an organizational sage, she has a knack for distilling complex administrative challenges into seamless workflows. This skill, paired with her consistent performance, has rightly positioned Jessica as an undisputed champion of office management.
