About Me

Michelle embarked on her career with Assure Home Healthcare, Inc., in June 2021, taking on the role of Assistant Director of Clinical and Professional Services. Soon after, the allure of Chicago enveloped her, and she embraced the city as her new home. Although at the end of 2022, we saw her briefly stepping away from Assure to lead a specific clinical, operational project, in July of 2023, we recognized her invaluable contribution and invited her back, elevating her position to Clinical Operations Director, responsible for amplifying our operational prowess.

With her endearing Southern charm, Michelle seamlessly integrates into our diverse leadership team, enriching it with her distinctive touch. Her vast nursing repertoire, spanning two decades, is not only extensive but varied. Covering a broad spectrum of clinical domains, Michelle has dedicated the last 8 years to Home Health and, notably, a significant 3 years in its management. Under her guidance, we aim to spearhead Clinical Compliance and Training Development, ensuring that Assure Home Healthcare continues its legacy of delivering unparalleled home healthcare services to the communities, staff, and patients who place their trust in us.

Michelle embodies principles of honesty and integrity. Infused with unwavering determination and commitment, these values become the cornerstone of her professional ethos, influencing her approach to patient-centric care and leadership. With her adeptness in handling multifaceted healthcare roles and a keen business insight, Michelle complements her clinical acumen with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Mississippi, making her an invaluable asset to our leadership dynamics.
